The front desk is very welcoming, polite and smiling all the time. It creates a very kid friendly environment. We also like how our coach handled our toddler's first month classes so that she is willingly to come back after 2-3 sessions. I very much like the standard and easy to follow processes of Aqua-Tots such as enrollment, make up lessons, less and to the point email reach outs. The amenities at the school like the shower, hair dryer, hair ties, comfortable visitor area are definitely a plus.

Edit: One more thing I’d like to add is how much I appreciate their flexibility. We arrived quite late for our scheduled class, and they kindly offered to move us to the next class since there was availability. Even though it was possible to accommodate us, I truly appreciated their willingness to help and make sure my toddler wouldn’t be disappointed. It meant a lot to us!

My husband and I love this school! Staff members and instructors are extremely helpful. Maryann is very attentive to our needs and always has a smile on her face! Her energy is amazing no matter what day you see her. I highly recommend this swim school and its affordability.

Our girls are thriving with weekly swim lessons at Aqua-Tots. Both started their swim journeys at 8 months old and we are pleased with their progression after 1-2 years. We've had great experiences with the instructors (special shout out to Ms. Ashanti, Ms. Jodi-Ann and Ms. Caroline!) and the facilities are clean and easy to navigate. My husband and I also appreciate the ease of scheduling or re-scheduling via the app and access to feedback after every class.

I absolutely loved my time at swim school because it was such a fun and encouraging place to learn. The instructors were patient, supportive, and always made sure everyone felt safe and confident in the water. They broke down each skill step by step, which made it easy to improve and feel proud of my progress. Not only did I learn the proper techniques for different strokes, but I also gained important water safety skills that will stay with me for life. Swim school didn’t just teach me how to swim better—it helped me build confidence, discipline, and a real love for being in the water

We had a great experience with this swim school for our child. The instructors are very patient, friendly, and professional. They know how to work with kids and make the lessons fun while still focusing on safety and proper technique. My child has become more confident in the water and actually looks forward to swim class. Highly recommend for parents looking for a safe and supportive swimming environment.
