Tyler was attentive to our concerns and very professional. He did everything he could to rectify the situation with our new heater which wasn’t working as expected, and despite it being a complicated situation he was very patient and thorough in his work . He was a great tech!!!

I can’t recommend Steve enough! A friend referred him, and he completely exceeded my expectations. He showed up last-minute on a Friday morning when my AC broke down and no one else could help. Steve was incredibly thorough—he came prepared with all the necessary tools, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in plain language.
He’s more knowledgeable than any HVAC tech I’ve worked with, yet he’s also patient, friendly, and truly cares about doing the job right. I called this morning and talked to a lovely customer service representative who was able to schedule same day service to work with my schedule today. Steve called to let me know Alex was on his way (at the beginning of my time window) and then soon followed so they were both here. They were personable, honest, and priced fairly for the service. I would definitely recommend and use again! Great first experience with this company!
