Naturally, the one day I don’t park in my garage, I got to experience hail season in Colorado. Came here because my insurance hail inspection was literally in their parking lot.

Convenient location and knowledgeable technicians that reassured me my car was in great hands. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn’t as gracious maybe because it’s a revolving door of customers.

Because they have over 12 techs at this facility, fortunately I didn’t have to wait too long for my repair and pickup. I was quoted a few days for hail repair but I had additional body repair on my bumper and back up camera. It took a little over a week to have my car ready for pick up.

My assigned technician was Ethan and he was super responsive and communicated often to keep me in the loop. Crash Champions also uses text to keep you posted as well. At pick up, I got to chat with the general manager Rick who was also helpful, friendly and kind. I love that they aren’t pushy with upselling and explains any unforeseen repairs. I felt they were reasonable in fixing my bumper and back up camera sensor. I mean it is a BMW but overall my cost was around $3500. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you of course own the car.

They do offer wash and clean service and was respectful of my things and car upon return. It gets pretty busy here so if you can make an appointment as soon as possible do so but they do accommodate walk-ins. I do recommend Crash Champions if you get caught in the hail season here or need any body work repair. Thanks for doing an awesome job guys!

I had an underwhelming experience with Crash Champions on Vasquez.

After a large tree branch fell on my vehicle, shattering the windshield and sunroof, I brought it in for an estimate. Their estimate resulted in the vehicle being declared a total loss, although I was ultimately able to have the repairs completed at another shop for substantially less. I understand that repair estimates involve professional judgment, and different shops may arrive at different conclusions.

My larger concern was how the vehicle was handled while in their possession. Because both the windshield and sunroof were broken, the interior was exposed to the elements at their lot. When thunderstorms were forecasted in Denver, I called to ask whether the vehicle had been covered with a tarp or otherwise protected from rain. The person I spoke with was unable to tell me.

Given the risk of water entering the vehicle, I felt uncomfortable with the lack of a clear answer and ultimately drove to the facility myself to cover the vehicle with a tarp. I would have expected a vehicle with major openings to the exterior to be protected from incoming weather, especially when storms were in the forecast.

Based on that experience, I chose to have the repairs completed elsewhere.

I dropped my car off on April 21st and was initially informed that the turnaround time would be about two weeks. Throughout the repair process, my biggest frustration was the lack of communication and updates regarding the status of my vehicle.

After speaking with the general manager, Rick, I gained a much better understanding of the collision repair process and the detailed work involved in repairing vehicles. Shortly after pickup, my headlight unexpectedly fell out due to a worn clip, and the shop walked me through the repairs and explained the issue in detail.

While the communication throughout the process could have been handled better, I do appreciate the staff taking the time to address my concerns professionally, explain the repair process, and even provide me transportation home from the business while the issue was being resolved.

I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was incredibly kind and made the entire process easy for me. They helped coordinate a rental and kept everything efficient without taking up much of my time. The service was also impressively fast—what was originally estimated to take 2–3 weeks was completed in just 8 days.
I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be returning for future repairs. Thank you to Ethan and the whole team!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Crash Champions! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My car needed significant repairs, and they provided a detailed estimate and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of work was top-notch, and my truck looks brand new.
