I can't say enough good things about this place! We are not local to the area, and our car broke down, and they were so quick in getting things fixed! Our transmission broke and they recommended replacing the transmission, and the turn around time was so quick! And they were very communicative and helpful in answering any questions I had, and very knowledgeable! I would be willing to go out of my car to bring my car to them to service it! 10/10, highly recommend!

I can't even begin to say how awesome it is to have a competent honest shop in thornton. I brought my truck in for what i thought was(and even requested) a nearly 7k repair for timing. They called me the next day and asked if they could try a completely different repair route and ended up saving me thousands of dollars. The owner Dale even took into account that i needed my vehicle for work and met me on his day off so i could get my vehicle before my next work day. I will be going to this shop for all of my future repairs.

Inspections are done quickly, estimates are explained thoroughly, and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Pricing may be on the high side; however, you definitely get what you pay for.

Honestly, I've been using Alternative Auto Care for over 30 years. Dale and his team make customers feel like family. They have taken great care for all of my Hondas. I first brought my car to Dale after the dealership wanted to do over $500 worth of "needed" work. This was my first experience with Alternative Auto and Dale told me that nothing needed to be done on my car-what an amazing find! I feel lucky to have them service my car. I highly recommend them.
