Awful experience. My vehicle was towed to this Progressive "partner shop" on the afternoon of July 1st with a broken window and a stolen airbag. Despite arriving mid-day, the shop left my car sitting completely exposed outside through multiple severe thunderstorms (July 1-6).

When I arrived for my appointment on July 6th, it was still outside in the same sport and the window was still uncovered. Management claimed they didn't even know the car was on their lot. They later called and lied, claiming the vehicle arrived after-hours on July 2nd to deflect blame. Fortunately, I have time-stamped photo proof from the towing company confirming the exact delivery date and time.

They are either entirely incompetent or intentionally dishonest. Furthermore, because they are a Progressive partner shop, Progressive refused to advocate for me when this shop failed. You must micromanage your own claim—neither your insurance nor this shop will protect your asset.

Paul did a great job in assisting me with some issues, mainly with another service station. He was very polite and communicative, and went out as of his way to help me out. Jay and Harley were very polite in their communication, and assisted me throughout the process. Overall good folks...

This shop was great!! Completely repaired my car and looks beyond amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this shop, they communicated very well and did not take long to fix my car. As you can see below from my pictures , the team did their job and my car is good as new!

This is the best shop ever. They treated my baby right. She looks like she came off the showroom floor. I love how I was able to see the process of them repairing my car. They called me every step of the way. My car was ready earlier than expected and I love it. Thank y’all so much!! I will be bring me more customers for you all….
