My first time at Xdealer Tech was a pleasant experience. My SUV sits mostly, but started making a grinding or rubbing sound. I took it to Xdealer and they quickly ID’d a minor issue with a tire shield. They only charged me a diagnostic fee and then pointed out a problem caused by another mechanic but otherwise, noted no other problems. I really appreciated their straight forward approach and that they don’t try to upsell you. I worked with Jeff, who was friendly and knowledgeable and made some recommendations for tires, which they don’t sell. Overall, I highly recommend Xdealer Tech. My hybrid’s warranty just expired, I will be bringing it to them for continued maintenance.

Best service ever! XDealerTechs they found out where the leak was in the mini cooper.
Also, Jeff reminded me that we still have good people out there, because of the leak I have in the coolant system he gave me a free Antifreeze coolant.

I went to XDealerTechs after the dealership told me all of the "issues" my car had. The techs here were honest about what my car actually needed, which is always appreciated. They were able to provide efficient service and open communication. I'll be taking my car here from now on for any future maintenance!

First time customer, brought my 2015 Honda civic in for a "pre-road-trip" inspection. Returned same day, fair pricing, no complaints. Great communication, easy to work with. Now feel much more confident to depart on my trip. Would return and recommend.

Very happy with my service at XDealerTechs. I brough my car in for changing the ignition coils and for replacing the CV Boots on one of my axles. The team kept me informed about the repairs and provided guidance on how to best keep my car running for the future.
