I cannot recommend this company for electrical work. The technicians came out to install outlets, switches, and lights in our outdoor kitchen. Shortly after the install, we had trouble with the gfi tripping so nothing works. We called them about the problem. They said they would get back to us but never did. When we called a second time, we were told that the service was performed too long ago so it was not their problem. They did not use the proper materials for outside. They made a silicone mess trying to seal the outdoor cover. Wires were cramped and jammed leading the wire coating to crack and expose the wire. We now have had to hire another electrician to correct their mess.

Dominick, did a great job of fixing the A/C. It went out on Sunday and he was here first thing today to address the issue. The issue was fixed and he followed up with recommendations to ensure it keeps running smoothly. He was courteous and professional. Thankyou Dominick.

Finally an HONEST air and heater company!!! I called Superior because our second floor heater stopped working. My husband and I were ready to receive the news that we need a new one. And Derek - a very nice service man - after checking our units - he said that we didn’t need a new one. It was the thermostat. We bought a new one; he installed it. And now the heater on the second floor works great! We saved thousands of dollars because Superior was truthful with us - the clients.
It will be my company from on!!
