Our a/c quit working and they got someone out the same day I called. Zach found the problem immediately and our unit was working again. Zach is The nicest guy and Really cared about our issue. I subscribe to the Thompson and Thompson maintenance program. It is worth it to have them do routine maintenance and checks on our plumbing, electric, and HVAC. It’s so Reassuring to know I have someone to call when I need it and don’t have to go searching for someone to respond and help.

Previously purchased the “Entire Home Membership” plan. A friendly Steele McCall came to my home for the plumbing inspection. Excellent service, took his time and explained all discoveries to me. Included flushing my hot water heater - it needed it. He presented estimates for future repair consideration. I was appreciative of the awareness.

Just had A/C installed by Hunter and Kream, also met the General Manager all professional and punctual. Answered questions, informed me how new unit works, even swept debris from the floors. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much guys.

Nigel (Lead Electrician) and Lance Jr. Provided excellent service. Very professional, on-time, looked at the 32 ft tall ceiling, assembled scaffolding and got the job done perfectly! We recommend Thompson and Thompson and will be using them in the future for home services!

Turned up on time and as usual T&T went the extra mile. After diagnosing the problem and fixing the A/C Dylan checked for other issues before leaving. Very Happy!!
Had them back to install a pool heat pump. Done and dusted in good time and everything works fine.
Back again. Did a fine job putting in some exterior outlets and lights. Cory and Jonathan. Great job.
