Highly recommend Tran’s Family Martial Arts. My girls come home excited after every class, proud of what they’ve learned, and more confident than ever. It’s clear Master Hai cares about each student individually, not just teaching moves but building character. We couldn’t recommend this school more highly for families with young kids!

We love Tran’s family martial arts and fitness! I have boy/girl twins who have been attending for several months! They look forward to going each week and I look forward to watching them learn and grow as they face new skills and challenges from Master Hai and his dedicated staff! So thankful to have added this to our weekly routine! While I don’t know for certain, I strongly believe it has helped with the twins mental abilities, focus, strength, dedication and confidence! I couldn’t recommend it more!

I’m so happy we found Trans Family Martial Arts! This place is amazing and the instructors are fantastic. My 6 year old son is engaged, happy, strong, and gets so much from the class. I highly recommend this studio! I also took a self defense class that gave me some skills I will keep forever. Great place, great people, great experience all around!

I have been training at Trans Fitness for over 12 years. I love early morning classes and nothing beats Lori’s 6 am boot camp. She is a knowledgeable trainer and always stays up to date on the best exercises to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. We are all regulars in the class and hold each other accountable.

Both of my boys have been training with Hai and his martial arts program for about a year and a half now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. What started as a way to channel their energy and pick up some basic self-defense skills has turned into so much more. They've gained real martial arts and Muay Thai skills, but even more impressive are the intangible lessons—discipline, confidence, and focus—qualities that are hard to teach but clearly being developed here.

And yes—they’re having a ton of fun while doing it! Hai and his team strike a great balance: they set clear expectations in class, but they also know how to keep things engaging and enjoyable. It’s a supportive, energetic community that we’re genuinely happy to be a part of. Highly recommend!
