Absolutely unacceptable experience. An 11-year-old child my nephew was removed from the program without any communication to his mother. Meanwhile, payments continued to be taken with no transparency or accountability.

On top of that, she was pushed into signing up for a leadership program and charged extra fees—even though her son was not able to participate. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the owner avoided communication and went behind her back to other instructors regarding her child.

This is not how you treat families, and it is especially not how you treat children. A martial arts school should be built on respect, honesty, and integrity—none of which were shown here.

I would strongly caution any parent before enrolling their child.

The owner has responded and says he did not cancel his membership I have proof that he refused my nephew to do this last tournament and was contacting other instructors in Colorado to take this student off his hands!!! Cancels his membership and refused to let him participate!! This owner is a liar and shady STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND as you can see he thought I had the wrong school and then all of a sudden knows what I’m talking about!!!

We LOVE this school! My kids (9 & 6) have learned so much about not only taekwondo but discipline, self confidence, and community. Mr. Dufresne and Mrs. Dubois are incredible instructors and they make everyone feel welcome while instilling the skill of the art.

Elevation Martial Arts is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail, catering to the unique needs and techniques of each student in Songahm Taekwondo. Mr. Dufrene, along with his Legacy Black Belts, plays a pivotal role in guiding students toward their goals. They meticulously plan and maintain consistency in their classes and lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Mr. Dufrene’s unwavering dedication and commitment to his students are evident in his meticulous attention to detail and the care he puts into each individual. He prioritizes building students’ confidence, discipline, and overall well-being, taking into account the needs of both students and their parents.

Elevation continues to set new goals for themselves and students. I highly recommend enrolling in their martial arts program today.

Great experience!
Open space with clean mats and gear. Instructors are super knowledgeable, and helpful for adults and kids.
I went with my family with the oldest being 40+ and youngest under 10.
We all had a great time and would recommend going if you want to start a martial art but aren't sure where.
