From the moment I walked in, everyone was ready and willing to help. The repairs on my car looked fantastic, and what really stood out was how well they kept me informed throughout the entire process leaving me knowing where things stood and when to expect my car.
When I arrived to pick it up, it was ready to go. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great communication. Friendly staff. Excellent job. Fast work considering what they have to do when a car is damaged. My car looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. Hope I dont need body work on my car again but if I do id come here. Definitely recommend

Terrible service. They will tell you a date repairs will be done only to claim more parts are needed that will take 6 weeks. 6 weeks will turn into 10 weeks and they will just give you the runaround by adding extra parts to charge the insurance more. All in all it took 4 months for them to even begin service.

I’m very satisfied! They keep you informed with weekly updates and my vehicle was repaired sooner than expected!! Ashley was so kind and friendly!

I took a little bit to think of what I wanted to say. I gave the rating that I did mainly because communication in the beginning wasn't that great. It wasn't until close to the end of the project that it got better. The initial project was a frame swap and front end repair on my 2012 ram 1500 pick up. And I really do have to give it to service king, this was a difficult project from the beginning and they took it on to get me my truck back. Took about 3 1/2 months to complete because it took a while to find my truck frame which is no fault on service king. Parts are hard to come by now a days and I'm also a mechanic myself so I understand.
There were a few mechanical issues that arose once I got the truck back but service king was VERY QUICK to address the issues. I am overall satisfied with the repairs done to my truck so I'd like to extend a THANK YOU to them for making it possible to bring my truck home. Please work on your communication in the future. And I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Debbie for staying in touch with me and making sure the repairs were done right. And Eric for the outstanding job on the body work. I know that wasn't an easy task.
