I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenna at Extra Space Storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her level of service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Jenna patiently answered all my questions, gave me a thorough tour of the facility, and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jenna at Extra Space Storage was absolutely AMAZING! After having a really disappointing experience at Public Storage on Greenbriar Dr., where I felt completely undervalued as a customer, coming to Extra Space Storage was a breath of fresh air.

Jenna went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment I arrived. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about finding a solution that worked for me. The difference in customer service was night and day.

What could have remained a frustrating day turned into such a positive experience because of Jenna. THIS is what great customer service looks like. Extra Space Storage gained my business because Jenna made me feel like my business actually mattered.

If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated with respect and care, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Ask for Jenna! She deserves the recognition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy set up and leave. Jimmy helped me both times, 5 years total. The facility was always clean and orderly and I felt safe there, even visiting at night.

Jenna and Brent were very kind and helpful. They helped me estimate the size of the unit that I needed and showed me the unit as well. They were very patient and personable. Thank you and I appreciate the time! The rates are also reasonable and the facility is easy to navigate and access. :-)

Great spot easy to access with your phone and enough space to fit everything you need. Jenna was very helpful calling in advance and giving instructions on where to park and unload everything. I really appreciated her help. Ask for her when you come here
