My husband and I had our wills updated. Our attorney, Justin Daley, was very helpful at our initial meeting, providing us with very helpful info to help us update our wills. We both felt very comfortable with him and his legal assistant. Ms Asad was very helpful in providing us and especially me with updated documents for our review. The whole process went very smoothly. Our meeting today was initially with another attorney, William O'Connor, who stepped before Justin arrived. Valerie and Barbara , legal assistant and notary, were so pleasant and helpful. It was a very good experience. If you are looking for a totally great experience with working with attorneys, I would highly reccomend Connors and Sullivan. Pleasant, courteous, helpful and very understanding and professional, I will continue to seek their assistance in any further legal matters.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Conners and Sullivan. Communication felt inconsistent, responses were slow, and I often felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. The process was far more stressful than it needed to be, especially given the expectations set at the beginning.

What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency and attention to detail. I expected professionalism and guidance, but instead I was left feeling confused and unsupported throughout much of the process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others looking for reliable and responsive legal assistance.

By and large I would use them again. However getting an appointment had been time consuming. Long hold times. Only certain days of the month in my home territory. The legal team was competent. Email responses quick by one team member not so for another. I liked that they had a boiler plate fee schedule ready at the end of our consult. Before seeing C&S I had two other consultations. All considered, C&S has a fair fee schedule.

I recently went to Connors and Sullivan with my mother to help with her trust and will. I was completely blown away with how smooth they made the process feel. Both Nicole and Olivia were exceptional in their professionalism. They took the time to carefully explain everything to my mother even when my mother had asked the same question three times they always answered in a very caring manner. This was something my mother and I have been wanted to do but felt overwhelmed but honestly they made it seem so easy. I want to encourage anyone to give them a call for a consultation.
