40ish years of doing our taxes myself, on time, satisfying, even kind of fun — till this year. I could make almost no sense of it. Missed the April deadline (I know, it’s a big club:), nearly last month’s too, but 2 gifts came first: a clarifying medical diagnosis (I know, another big club), and Kunal and team at Custom Accounting CPA.
I still don’t know why (and how! at the 11th hour!) they agreed to take this on, but I do know they were extraordinarily kind, patient yet dogged, detailed, attentive, and flat-out FUN.
