Great friendly staff! Always clean here👌! There is literally little to no wait time for service and the atmosphere is top tier ✨️! Honestly this location needs to be gatekept because it's simply THEE BEST Starbucks location in Missouri!!!

Google says open til 9, we drive all the way here and made it at 8:30 and “Lea” said they were closed at 8pm(6/21/25). Hmmm wonder why would corporate list the hours til 9 but the employees say they close at.

I’ve been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened and in the last few years it has really gone downhill. At least half the time when I get a coffee, it’s either lukewarm or almost cold. The staff is very impatient and an unprofessional. I will no longer patronize this location.

I did not get a drink at all. The store was closed even though the online hours were until 9 p.m. Associates ignored me in the drive-thru even though I could hear them talking. They could have advised me they were closed, but they only reloaded after pulling up to the window and seeing hours. Good customer service happens even when the store is closed by helping the customer find an open location. This occurred on 9/21/2024 around 7:32 pm CST. I waited 5 minutes.
