Great service, great food. Was a takeout so didn't see much of the sitting area. But seemed well enough

We have ordered here two times in the last month and each time, an item was not given to us. 1st time, they forgot one if our fries. The 2nd time (today), they forgot our onion rings and a chicken wrap. Not worth the hassle of going back there when you're already home, so we will not be ordering here anymore.

To be very honest, there have been times in the past when the service at this A&W was absolutely terrible. I am very pleased to say that this has changed entirely. I've noticed within the last 6 months or so, that the team is way better than any previous team I've experienced. They are very attentive to details of my order and I've had no mistakes during this period I speak of. Very professional as well. Great job to this current team for turning it all around. I'll be going more often to support this much improved local business, happily. I hope that the owner shows a little love to the building to support the progress.

I bit into my sandwhich and but something hard. I found a plastic bread bag tag in my chicken sandwich. I didn’t even go back to show them because my daughter didn’t want me to draw attention. So we just left. So gross. Also, the restaurant was tidy but it smelled bad. The guy cashier was nice, that is the only reason I’m giving 1 star.

Weird we were the only customers there at breakfast, not even drive through. Scrambled eggs under cooked, coffee luke warm, no jam or pepper or clean silverware available. Men's room lacking supplies. Staff did clean silverware and find staples. The place looks like it's ready to be demolished and rebuilt as the more modern A&W with separate sink and drink refill area.
