I was SO EXCITED to discover Bolay a few months ago and I've been back several times since. The food is so fresh with great variety of texture and flavor. It just feels good to eat this food! It is satisfying and healthy. Bonuses: The staff are all very friendly, the modern decor is very pleasant, and the place is very clean.

Had to come back and change my review after coming back to this location for another time. Our first experience was amazing. We recently went vegan and we were able to swap out the proteins for multiple vegetables instead. This time going back for some reason, they made it seem like we were robbing them for asking for more than one vegetable, even though we weren’t getting protein. It made no sense. When we googled it, it says that if you don’t get a meat protein, you can supplement it for multiple veggies. We would’ve not come if we had known we were only going to be getting rice, lettuce, and one veggie. . This is very disappointing as we really enjoyed this place but we will probably no longer come to it again just because of the lack of communication between employees and staff that are serving. They made us feel like it was our fault when we were just trying to do what we had done the previous time.

Got a teriyaki noodle bowl delivered because I wanted a filling and healthy lunch. The teriyaki chicken was amazing and had tons of flavor. I got a cookie as a treat and it was still warm & was the perfect way to cap off the meal! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick & healthy lunch!

First time here...got LARGE build your own bol.
Variety of choices of base, grains, vegetables, toppings, sauces.
Taste very different and like the different choices to put in your bowl.
Plus, let you taste try something you never had.

100% Gluten free / 98%+ dairy free / vegan options!
The wings with creamy garlic were GREAT!!
I don't get to eat wings much due to allergies. Hubby said sriracha is really good but spicy.
The teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki noodles 🍜(daughter said 100 out 10!!) fabulous! Many options!!

You get two base options with the regular size, or you can get one base with (extra) double veggies. All of the sauces are dairy free, which is just incredible... the only thing not dairy free is the cheese topping option or the cookies.

Highly recommend, even for picky kids!!
3 or if 4 gluten free and 2 dairy a well.
Hubby loved it even though no allergies.
