What an amazing Publix… my friends and I all ordered pub subs, and they were delightful. The woman making our subs, Marla, was so kind. She made our subs so full and she was joyful doing it. She also gave us samples of the bread when we weren’t sure what to get. What a great Publix, you are lucky to have Marla!!

I was told by the manager of the store a man named Adam that I complain too much and I can never receive a refund. The person named Jeffrey the assistant manager said I am so poor that I try to get a refund for a free meal. A cashier named Zanda constantly gives me nasty mean hateful looks whenever I go to this store she needs more training in how to treat all customers with courtesy. It's unfortunate that any of these people have jobs in leadership roles because they aren't representing the values that decent people should have. So if I try to get a refund for undercook food I am told by customer service that the manager has informed them to not give me a refund. I try to stay away from this store as much as I can.

publix would’ve been fine but they have absolutely NO bread in the deli at 12pm. had to sit in a line of 12+ people to figure out the bread problem as well.

Reed at Publix in downtown Orlando is awesome! He’s always friendly, professional, and willing to help. It’s especially great that he’s American and can speak and understand Spanish, which makes customers feel welcome and understood. Excellent customer service every time Publix is lucky to have him!

Today I visited this location for lunch. I was greeted by an extremely rude elderly black lady. I politely ask for a side of red pepper jelly. Before my sandwich was done. She never acknowledged me asking for the side of dressing. So I politely reiterated. “ May I have a side of red pepper jelly on the side.” She aggressively yelled and said “ I heard you!!”. I’m not looking for much out of this, just that Publix employees should be more kind or atleast acknowledge a request so that we don’t feel we weren’t heard. I was honestly extremely embarrassed by the whole ordeal.
