Love, love, love Sprouts. The best healthiest food store I’ve ever been in. I wish they had them in the north. Everyone is very nice and helpful, the store was clean and easy to shop. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it! Because you get quality food. Excellent highly recommend.

A lot of new brands for me over there... Almost everything looks natural and healthy, good looking and fresh veggies. Very kind people working over there if you need help with something. They have self checkout too just in case.

This Sprouts absolutely deserves special recognition—not just for being clean and well run, but for the people leading it and the experience they created.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this location is being managed with care. The store itself was clean, the parking area was well kept, and carts were being brought back in regularly, which says a lot about the standard being maintained. Toni, the general store manager, is clearly running a strong operation. You can feel it in the overall atmosphere. While every store will have a few employees who are simply doing the basics, the majority here seemed genuinely engaged, and that usually starts with good leadership.
Matti especially stood out. She struck that rare balance of being helpful without being pushy. What started as a simple conversation about the ice cream we had turned into her learning that we were looking for a cleaner-ingredient option. She recommended a brand we had never heard of that also happened to be on sale, and because of that suggestion, we went back and bought it. Whether that was a soft upsell by instinct or simply genuine attentiveness, it worked because it felt natural and sincere—not scripted. Quite honestly, we would not have made that purchase without her.
Sarah, the deli manager, also deserves real credit. Her department was clean, well presented, and clearly cared for. On top of that, once she learned we had driven about an hour to get there and were taking ice cream home, she was kind enough to provide ice bags for the trip. That was a thoughtful gesture, and it turned a good shopping trip into a memorable one.
What stood out most here was that none of this felt like performative customer service. It felt like actual human decency, attentiveness, and pride in doing things well. That is increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
This Sprouts went above and beyond to create a genuinely positive experience, and Toni, Matti, and Sarah should all know that their efforts made a difference.
In a world full of stores that simply process transactions, this one still seems to understand the art of taking care of people.
