I needed my clothes dryer vent pipe cleaned from years of neglecting it and make my clothes dry more efficiently and quicker. I called Shaws Home Comfort from a recommendation I received from a neighbor. Today Marcos M. arrived to do the job. He was very polite and friendly and a very nice gentleman. I was very happy with his communication skills and job performance. He had the necessary tools and was thourough in removing a good amount of lint from up inside the vent pipe. He answered any question I had and finally finished the job by thoughroughly cleaning the laundry room floor of all the lint and made sure I was happy with his work. Don't hesitate to call for services. If all the Shaw servicemen are like Marcos you will be very satisfied.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my experience using Shaw’s. Aaron was the rep I met with and he was truly exceptional. I interviewed FIVE well-known companies in the area and he was the only one to provide me with an estimate after looking at the system in the attic—everyone else simply looked at my air conditioning unit and guestimated what kind of duct work would be needed, whether or not the zone board would need replacing, or even whether or not the zone dampers would need replacing. Aaron also provided me with five different estimates over a three-day period, refining each one to make it more suitable for both my budget and needs. The service crew was super professional, eager to show me how the system worked, and communicated with me each step of the way: when they’d arrive, what they’d be doing, how long they’d be in each area, when they’d be returning, and how to setup the thermostat.

Family run, long enough history to have a great reputation, and a local company— you would be remiss to not at least include this company on your list of HVAC providers to interview.

Jake from Shaw’s Home Comfort did a great job installing a new air duct in my master bedroom. He arrived right on time at 8:00 AM, was professional, and completed the work efficiently. He made sure to clean up after and didn’t leave any dust or pieces of drywall.

Before the installation, my master bedroom was usually 5–8 degrees hotter than the rest of my house. Since the new duct was installed, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in the temperature, and the room is much more comfortable.

Overall, I’m happy with the work that was done and would definitely call again for repairs or service.

Irvin our technician was amazing, very personal and professional. Could not be more impressed from start to finish with Shaw’s service. Spoke with Wendy on the phone and she was also amazing. My Mom and Dad who are 93 and 91 years old and their air went out Saturday. From my phone call to Irvin showing up was 45 minutes. Irvin took care of all our issues and they were up and running in no time. My sister recommended Shaw’s to me after having there whole system replaced last yet so I gave them a call. A++++
Can’t say enough on the service they provided for us.

On July 3rd my AC decided to go out. I had planned to have a party at my house on the 4th of July. I immediately called Shaw’s Home Comfort because I had heard their commercials several times on the radio. They answered on the first ring and had their technician Ivin out to my house within a couple of hours. He went to work right away and within a half hour he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. What a relief!!! I was able to move forward with my holiday plans and had a cool house for my guest.
