Reynaldo came out for my water heater. My water heater woukd run but not ignite. Showed no error code. There was a loose wire. I told him the issue with my water heater was prior to that wire coming loose. The wire came loose while I was attempting to troubleshoot, the initial problem, and immediately showed a code. The water heater wouldn't start at this point. I then fixed the loose wire and the code cleared and the water heater went back to runing correctly without an ignition. I advised the technician of the loose wire that I had fixed. I had told him the issue with the ignition was prior to the loose wire. I did not want the technician to claim it was this wire. Today they showed up with a new wire harness and installed it. I still show an ignition code and now have to pay another service fee. This was the 2nd time I used this company it was the same thing then. Took them 8 visits to fix the water heater. Today I called the water heater technician for an ignition rod and they said the techs should have contacted them to troubleshoot. I do not recommend.

Reynaldo was very helpful. He performed an evaluation quickly and thoroughly. He also showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong. 10/10 very helpful! The last plumbers from a different company were awful so it was refreshing to have Reynaldo from National Plumbing come and take a look.

I contacted AHS company to request a plumber's visit. When I reached out to national plumbing, I explained my problems, which included a leak in the pipe beneath my bathroom sink and leaking sprinkler valves. They assured me that they could resolve all my issues during their visit, but also mentioned that American Home Shield does not cover sprinkler problems. I questioned the representative about their visit, asking why they came if they knew they couldn't address my sprinkler issue under AHS. He essentially replied that they came to assess the situation. I then called American Home Shield, which refunded my $100 deductible since they did not resolve any issues. How can a company send someone to a customer's home knowing they won't fix the problems, just to collect a fee? They should have informed me beforehand, but instead, they chose to prioritize the $100 deductible.

Reynaldo completed a service at my house and did an EXCELLENT job. He arrived timely, was attentive and listened to the issues I was having, and resolved them quickly. Zero stars. AHS should be ashamed for using this company. They know nothing about tankless water heaters and are very dishonest.

Less than 1 month after “repairing” my tankless water heater we started to experience the same problem. They were supposed to come out again, however, came outside of the scheduled appointment time and did not inform or call me and decided to leave. I waited over 4 hours for them because they were deceptive and came at 3:03pm even though we scheduled 3:30-5pm and the AHS text confirmation stated 5:30 -8 pm. Then when they returned, they sent someone who knew nothing about the tankless water heater and said “The Boss” would look at it another day that we agreed on. I even sent them a text the night before my appointment. But since I didn’t have faith in them I called on my appointment day so I would not sit around and waste 2 hours, only for “The Boss” to tell me his worker reported there was nothing wrong with the water heater. I thought this was a joke but he was serious. His worker only touched the water heater saying he does not know anything about them and did not even try to replicate the problem we had been experiencing. Why would I put in such effort if my water heater was working?!?!?!
