Excellent customer service over the phone! Patient, accommodating, quick to schedule (same-day service).

The text messaging service they provide is HELPFUL. I can ask questions, receive the window of time the tech will show up, and when they are on their way, I can see their truck on the map to better prepare for their arrival.

Andy came out to help, he was very patient and helpful. Explained everything to me, answered all my questions, did not seem rushed. Identified the issue quickly, but needed a part ordered in the end.

Marshall took over when the part arrived, I was equally as impressed with the high level of customer service.

I am very impressed with Shaw’s, they have a ROCKSTAR team, and I’ll recommend them to others in the future.

Damien came out to do a diagnostics on my a/c unit he was very professional, courteous and friendly and got straight down to work, he definitely did more than I expected which gave me more confidence in the company I chose and I felt like he was genuinely sincere. When he was all done he gave me the breakdown step by step and all options step by step all in all i was very happy with Damien and his services and when I'm ready to take the next step I will be calling them no doubt

Erick was great. He came in talk to me explained everything to me then took care of the problem wasn’t here no more than maybe 30 minutes. Did a great job in a short amount of time greatly appreciate him after being the weekend without kitchen sink, if we need someone again or if someone I know asks I’ll be more than glad to recommend your business to them. Working with the technician was great. He was nice, polite and prompt. I have no beef with him. Job well done. Watch out for shady pricing though. The basic AC service was $195.00. I have no idea if that's fair, but was okay with it since it seemed to track with inflation for the last time I got a roof mounted AC unit serviced.

It needed a capacitor which the tech said was going to be $708.00. I cringed, but didn't want my compressor to potentially get damaged in the future, so I agreed. When he rang it up, it came out to $513.00. I was definitely okay with that since it was almost $200.00 less than what I was expecting. I was charged the service fee and the price of the capacitor, he went on his way and I came away feeling great.

Later I got a phone call saying the service fee hadn't been collected. There was a bit of difficulty getting my card accepted, so I figured it had to do with that and approved it.

Today, I check my bank account and I've been hit with what looks like the service charge twice. I call and they say the 513 and first 195 are the capacitor and the second 195 is the service fee. I find it hard to believe the 195 difference between the price of the part on the spot and the quoted price comes out to 195 by coincidence. I suspect they're actually charging you for the tech to go back up the ladder and spend five more minutes installing the part and just building it in to the price of the part.

Again, watch out for shady pricing if you want to use Shaw's. I won't be using them again. I would be giving one star. I'm only giving two because the tech was such a great guy and it's not his fault.

Thank you Shaw's for your quality products. Paid a pretty penny got a brand new AC and Heater and in less than 2 years the system goes dead. Not only that but the loaner unit they gave is in really bad shape. The vents are missing, it leaks, there is tape all over the exhaust port and when I turned the unit on a cloud of dust came out and air smells like oil. Got notice that they ordered the new part and it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. I know that is not their fault but still, when it's 100+ feels like there is no sense of urgency.

Credit where credit is due and customer service is great and responsive. Only issue is the salesman. Once you sign the paperwork and they get their money the salesman just ghosts you. Says they will be there with you but no follow up calls about the unit, install, anything.
