This is by far the most terrible experience that I’ve ever had with a body repair shop. My car has been at the shop since November 3, 2025. It is now January 9 and my car is still not fully repaired. They told me that they were not able to get in contact with the insurance company. Which every time I called I was able to reach someone and they were able to assist me each and every time. The communication is horrible with this location. I did not receive any type of communication regarding an estimate after two weeks then I tried again after 30 days still no response nor answer also left voicemails that were still unanswered by December 9 my rental with the insurance was up and my car still had not even been taken apart to assess the damages. At that point, the Repair shop had to take over responsibility of the rental. I was told my car would be ready on Dec 19th. That day I told that they had to wait for their guy that does the calibration wouldn’t be able to complete it until the week after which was Christmas. I was called that evening at the last minute and told that my car was ready. When I made it on Dec 26th since they were closed for Christmas and closed early on Christmas Eve. The manager told me that they were not able to get in touch with State Farm which is crazy bc every time I called I was able to speak with someone and get answers. State Farm also stated they had not received any calls or communication with Crash Champions communication with. They also stated that a transcript is created any time a call is made to them. So I was completely lied to. I sat on the line with a State Farm while they attempted to call Crash Champions from 2:30 to 4:45 one evening. She could not reach them neither could I. I had to leave work early and go in person just to find out what was going on.

I had a great experience with Service King Jackson (State Street). Katrina kept me updated everyday. The team worked very hard to make sure that I got my vehicle on the expected pickup date. Everything was A1. I recommend them company

The service from Service King was top notch!! Damion was professional and very helpful. I dropped my Chevy Tahoe off on a Saturday ( super easy check in process ) and it was ready Wednesday. THREE working days!! My truck looks new and the air conditioner works great. They also kept me informed the entire process. I recommend them for sure... ask for Damion.
