I purchased a vehicle from them and in 2023 my paperwork says I purchased gap insurance. It is 2026 the car has been totaled and I have been told that I do not have gap insurance due to it being canceled four days after I purchased the vehicle. I was not notified no one knows who canceled it or why it was canceled. My monthly payments did not decrease so for three years I’ve been paying for gap which is including in my monthly payments and now I’m stuck trying to figure out what happened and how to fix their error.

Great service from start to finish! I even received a video analysis of my vehicle with repair recommendations. The staff is courteous & accommodating. Chris is always friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty & excellent customer service. The service department definitely impacted my decision to purchase another Acura. It's always a great experience, which is why I return for all my service needs.

Samona Brady was a godsend and restored my faith in this branch. After having just purchased a vehicle in Atlanta and building a relationship with their service crew, redoing that was not something I was looking forward to. I had been disappointed in the past at the Jackson branch but Samona Brady went above and beyond to take care of me and my baby. She identified that I was entitled to a warranty replacement on my battery and ensured exemplary service with a most personable attitude. She was a true consultant that effortlessly built trust. I had an excellent experience with the management team & Samona Brady in the service department. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was most important for me to address with my vehicle. Their customer service truly stood out, they made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the process.

I also want to highlight how much I appreciated all of the amenities offered. From the concierge/barista to the housekeeper and every staff member who walked through, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. It really made a difference in my overall experience.

I will definitely be back, and I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Acura of Jackson staff is always very pleasant and the atmosphere is amazing. The theater room and the variety of snacks makes it very comfy while waiting. Also, while you wait, Acura will text you while they work on your car and provide recommendations. You can approve all work being done from your phone while you wait. Keep up the awesome work. 😉
