Easiest way to go. Crash Champions was part of Geico's express program so after an accident they recommended that I take it there. The entire process was super easy, start to finish. They work with Enterprise rental and that was a smooth process, as well. They were done with major repairs in less than two weeks and communicated me every step of the way through texts and calls. I highly recommend this company.

I just want to say what a positive experience I just had at Crash Champions Collision Repair in Allentown. I walked in around 1:40 in the afternoon to see if they could help me with a Volvo visor I purchased on Ebay. Joe was willing to take a look and fixed/replaced it on the spot! I was so thrilled and very appreciative of the quick repair (15 minutes)..... I thought I'd show them the part and make an appointment for later in the week. That's what you call excellent customer service! Thank you again Joe! I'll let everyone know about this positive outcome.

BEWARE !! This place took almost 3 months to fix my car the managers name is Mellissa and she rude, will try to speak over you and is not professional at all. If you want an efficient repair go somewhere else far away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to roach let alone another human. Also they aren’t good at communicating you will have to go up there to get answers. they will send vague texts about your completion date being changed a couple days before it’s suppose to be finished to a completion date a month later. Also don’t think your satisfaction means anything they don’t care. I filed a complaint with the FTC for my experience and I would hate for anyone else to experience what I did.

I recently had my car here for repairs due to being rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Mainly had whole front end done plus paint. The service was phenomenal. The team was amazing at giving updates on the status and were great to work with when it came to pickup. Another thing with that, there was a part back ordered and they went over fully with me what the plan was when it came in which was also a plus. Everything came out great especially the paint- perfect blend to the rest of the car. Even did a quick little detail inside which I also thought was awesome. I can say for sure if I ever needed repairs like that again in the future I would 100% go back to them. Great team, great work, great service!

The staff here is great and professional They did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle I got updates via text every Monday Wednesday and Friday I’m unfamiliar with body shops here in PA so Geico recommended this place so I went with it I have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs as long as I own the vehicle my car has an aftermarket facelift front bumper with custom headlights I requested that my vehicle get repaired with the same aftermarket parts and they honored my request I really wish they would’ve painted my hood because of all the rock chips but it wasn’t part of the accident so it understandable but my car came out looking amazing better than it did before the accident. My vehicle was parked when it was hit and they exceeded my expectations I do have a lot of aftermarket wiring I was afraid would get in the way but they were able to get it done and not ruin anything if I ever need body work again it’s going to these guys at crash champions
