5 stars all the way for JTC Automotive! I brought my BMW 335i in for multiple coolant leaks and vacuum leaks that had been causing ongoing issues, and the team went above and beyond to get everything properly diagnosed and repaired.
They were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The car is now running smooth, strong, and exactly how it should. It’s hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust with a BMW, but JTC definitely earned my trust.

I’ve got a 2001 Porsche Boxster S. Last fall, I started feeling a little vibration, so I took it to my local mechanic. They suggested JTC because they’re Porsche pros.

JTC really looked into the engine, suspension, and transmission. They gave me a detailed report.

Turns out, there was a loose rear wheel bearing and a leak in one of the rear axles. While fixing the wheel bearing, they found out the axle wasn’t original and had been replaced with a cheap aftermarket part that wasn’t installed right. They replaced the axle and fixed the wheel bearing, and since then, the car’s been driving like new!

Had a great experience at JTC! They turned my lowered sports car into an off-road rally beast that looks at Philly potholes and laughs. Great communication and easy to work with. They were happy to accommodate my changing needs as we worked through the project together. New to the area and JTC will be my crew from now on! Grab a cheesesteak next door while you’re there.

We worked with Jason on getting a PPI done on an Lamborghini SL Gallardo and he went above and beyond on making sure we were able to get it done. Great guy We were not able to take the car to the shop. So he came out in person to do the inspection so that way we’ll be able to purchase a vehicle. Mind you guys this was great customer service he drove about 1hr 40 minutes. How many shop that do PPI do you know will come out and drive that far? He was very transparent. Told us everything we need to know that was wrong with the vehicle. He did not hold back on anything. If you guys have any exotics that need inspections or anything done this is the shop they’ll take care of you and one of the great part about it is if it time sensitive and you don’t have time to wait 2/3 days then this is the shop for you. The price were a good price and was worth every penny. Thank you so much Jason and JTC team. 🙏🏾 we will be coming back in the future. Much love

Finding a good repair shop is difficult. Not knowing much about cars, you can quickly feel overwhelmed and helpless when cars need some work.

Wanting a new mechanic to help extend the life of our older BMW, we found JTC, closer to home. After some recent disappointments with our dealership and the prior go-to independent mechanic for general maintenance, our experience with the guys at JTC has been great. Not only do they take the time to answer all our ‘dumb’ questions, we were impressed with the thorough diagnostic process and professional customer experience.

We appreciated the open, proactive and timely communications from the whole team. We’re so glad to have found our new Go To shop. Thanks JTC!

I had an excellent experience at JTC Automotive and working with Mike. From start to finish, the service was honest, professional, and efficient. Mike took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling pressured.

I couldn't be happier with the work done at JTC Automotive . After an unfortunate accident , I was worried about the overall outcome of my vehicle.
Mike was incredibly professional from the start. They provided a detailed, transparent estimate and handled all the back-and-forth with my insurance company, which saved me a massive headache.
The car was ready earlier than expected, and the results are flawless—you can’t even tell where the damage was. The body lines are perfectly aligned, and the paint match is 100% seamless. My experience with JTC has been an amazing one. I was having suspension issues with my Range Rover, and the care and patience I was shown has made me want to be a long term customer. Most auto shops I’ve been to are just trying to make a sale. The guys at JTC were honest and showed me an integrity I’m not accustomed to seeing with auto shops. Moving forward I will be coming to them for anything regarding my vehicles. I’ll be referring them to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work fellas!

I brought my 2016 Audi S7 V8T to JTC because I was getting a "transmission malfunction but its Ok to drive" warning periodically while driving. I bought the car in Oct. Of 2023 with 68K miles on it and the transmission warnings began soon afterwards. I did all the basic maintenance including changing the transmission fluid along with both transmission filters but the warnings kept happening. JTC performed a very thorough inspection of the car and identified a few problems. The only transmission fault code identified was an occasional high clutch temperature. This tied into one of the other problems they identified; the coolant was depleted and had debris in it. They recommended a coolant flush to "fix" the transmission and they were correct. The car has been driven several hundred miles now with no warnings.
The control arms are a known wear item on this model car and were identified as needing replacement. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car because of things like that. JTC took my warranty information and went to bat for me dealing with the warranty company directly. JTC emailed pictures of the control arms and allowed the representative from the warranty company to personally, visually, inspect the car while on lift! This saved me not only a headache of dealing with the warranty company but thousands of dollars!
JTC Automotive is a very professional, honest and skilled repair shop. And they know Audis.
I highly recommend them.

I googled this location and so far the shop has communicated effectively and efficiently and has made suggestions for tow/transport to their location as well as retrieving specific parts delivered with ease. I am awaiting diagnostic and will update with service, prices, etc

I am a first time customer at Jason's shop. I am very impressed!
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to pick up my car, and not only did he perform the services I requested. My car was washed, vacuumed, and detailed inside.

Did a horrible job, they are crooks they lie and say what is required for them to keep making money from you. They don't care about their customers, the mechanic is horrible, be ready to spend thousands of dollars after they touch your vehicle.

Great customer service, high quality work for reasonable pricing! He came into the shop on his day off to work around my busy schedule & did an amazing job changing the grill on my AMG Mercedes. He also was very knowledgeable of different modifications I was interested in.
