Came at 3 PM with a flat trailer tire. They said come tomorrow morning because they’re “fully booked,” but the shop was almost empty and no one was working. They refused to even check me in, so now I have to wait until morning. This kind of management is causing unnecessary delays for drivers.

I waited 6 hours, that happens. I get the call it’s my turn. I tell them I have doubles and need to pull through. Start in the door and he says the other door is broken, just stay there and he would do it outside. Then he can’t get the lugs off because they are the older style lug and each one turns opposite way. On my way over to the T/A. If I’m not moving I’m not making money.

Stopped in for a PM. 3 mechanics one manager and a lady at the counter. One truck in the shop for a tire with 1 tech the other 2 are chatting with the guy in the vest getting paid to do nothing. Owner of this shop must be happy with all the bad reviews.
