Just ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. I got my reciept, then next window my drinks. Girl tells me there is a 4min wait on one of my meals, to pull to reserve spot 1 even though I already ordered ahead of time. I sit and wait patiently as cars behind me get their food and drive off. My kids are already restless and all the ice in our drinks had melted. I then stop an employee that handed off a different customers order behind me. I ask can he check on my order, and he says yes, but never updates me. Reciept shows 2:56pm, got food at 3:25pm only because I called the store and spoke with a manager. Manager got it fixed and upsized my fries, for a 30 minute wait. What is the purpose of ordering on the app, if no one cares about your order?

Took my boys thru the drive thru and it was very busy, which is fine. 1st window,2nd window,3rd window, wait.
Im looking at my reciept as im at home and everything is correct. Except my food, DBL Qtr has everything on it that is opposite of my receipt. My sons nugget meal zero bbq sauce, even though its on the receipt. There is a saying, "Their is no such thing as a bad team, just bad leaders".

The only positive thing at this location is the General manager Meredith... If she is not working then there's a line around the corner with food that's wrong our food is always wrong when she is not here I order and it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get my food it's crazy it's too crazy. It took somebody almost 30 minutes to just take my money it is insane

Don’t come after 9pm. The grave yard shift is the slowest crew you will ever encounter. They really hire anyone. 20 minutes minimum just to get through a 5 car lineup. And then I get to the window and my food is ice cold.

Edit: 37 minutes. Why I bother ordering ahead on the app just for cold burgers is beyond me. Fix your store

Ordered three sausage biscuits. The biscuits were either very stale or very over cooked. My wife brought it to Alfredos attention and even tho we already ate most of them, Alfredo made us new ones too take home. He made the entire visit enjoyable. Excellent customer service from him. Nice clean store too. We will return

Tracking construction of McDonald's from beginning, along with two other restaurants. Although Dutch Bros Coffee nearby was far ahead, McDonald's quickly finished and opened its doors first. Went inside to photograph interior of facility. No elaborate designing. Simple layout. Less reliant on humans. Vendor machine to place orders.
When I arrived, three were at counter & paid no attention to me. They were ending or closing shift. Already eaten breakfast at home, so bought a cup of black roasted coffee for under $1. Always good & high quality. Like their coffee serving cups. Thicker & more heat resistant, & comfortable in the hand. If my wife says she wants a big Mac, I am sure I will return to this location.
