Great Company to work with. Made a call told them the issue and, we had a tech (Jay) out there same day. LG shipped me the part due to appliance still being under warranty, but labor wasn't. So part came in and Jay was back the next day to install.
Sorry can't remember the lady who took my calls name, but she was awesome as well answering all my questions. Would highly recommend this Company.

Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable....
Pricing competitive.
Three visits. 1st couldn't move machine out from under cabinet. Left. Paid diagnostic fee. I moved it out and then modified cabinet so it was easier next time.
2nd diagnosed problem ordered parts. Paid balance minus diagnostic. Parts delivered to home 5 days later.
3rd visit removed old parts, installed new parts. Tested. Placed machine roughly into opening.
Home owner will replace missing 2nd of two mounting bracket and replace trim.

Techs were very friendly and made a quick diagnosis. Part was on truck so no wait. Washing machine fixed quickly-much appreciated. The only negative is with the company not the techs- my bill was not itemized- not sure how much the part cost versus labor. I expected more transparency.

Very polite, professional, and respectful service. Everything explained and priced up front. No surprises. A part had to be ordered, which came quickly and they were able to come out the next day to finish the repair. From diagnosis to repair was only 4 days. Very satisfied.
