Everyone i came into contact with was outstanding! I was greeted immediately and the check in process took less than 5 minutes. Within another 5 minutes I was taken back for my MRI. I wish I could remember the MRI Technologist's name because she was extremely professional yet comforting. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing imaging done!

The employees were courteous, however, there was loud music playing while I was waiting. It was more party type music. If it were quarter and relaxing, that would have been fine. Patients waiting for MRIs are anxious and the atmosphere did not promote a calm experience.

I had an MRI done yesterday and the doctor was outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. Very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The staff was also friendly and efficient from start to finish. You can tell this doctor really cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish! They were able to schedule my MRI for the very next day, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The technician was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was also provided a CD for my doctor at the end of visit, and the report was emailed promptly. Great service and care all around! 😊🩻👩🏻‍⚕️

From my first encounter with Alliance MRI of Spring, I was impressed. The instructions of what they needed from me, and how to get it, were clear and accurate. Once they received the orders from my doctor, they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was aligned. They were able to get me a considerably lower price than what the hospital system was expecting. They were even able to schedule me a next day appointment. Upon my arrival for my appointment, I was greeted warmly. Intake was a breeze, and much of the intake form was already filled out. I was seen quickly and handled with top notch bedside manner. From start to finish, my experience here was nothing short of exceptional.
