Beware! This building IS NOT labeled Swedish. Do not go into the Swedish buildings. This one is across the street. I accidentally went to two wrong buildings all on the same block because the others were labeled Swedish. I was 8 minutes late since I got lost and the Dr. refused to see me after I waited on her list for an entire YEAR!!!!!! I also called to get help for directions while lost but was on hold and found the correct building before my call was answered. As a neurodivergent person navigating to new places is a challenge and creates intense anxiety so I try to be early (which I was had I not got lost inside the other two Swedish buildings). Also, the supervisor scolded me for being late, saying “how would you feel if you were another patient and had to wait?” I would have felt totally fine waiting because I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and life is hard enough already without emotionally gaslighting people. The office Supervisor (Kristina Bainter) was unkind and did not demonstrate patient-forward care/compassion. I tried to find where I was told about this “7 minute late” automatic cancellation policy in my patient information and I couldn’t find anything informing me of this policy. For a first time visitor, there should be more understanding.

Dr. Dina is a fantastic gynecologist and menopause specialist. She is empathetic, listens to your concerns, doesn’t BS you or invalidate symptoms you’re experiencing. She doesn’t push things that aren’t necessary and she’s willing to think outside the box if certain medications aren’t working for you.

I 200% agree with all the other comments: Dr. Gordon is THE most compassionate, competent, and kind doctor I’ve ever met, truly an angel in a doctor’s coat. I was at a really low point when other providers brushed me off with dismissive (and sometimes harmful) remarks. Thanks to her knowledge, guidance, and humanity, I finally feel heard, cared for, and hopeful. I feel incredibly lucky to be her patient, and I have absolute confidence in her.

Dr Dina Gordon is a menopause specialist and a gift to womankind. She helped me so much on my menopause journey, got me the right dose, listened to all of my concerns, related on a human level, and has excellent follow up. Her team is top notch and very knowledgeable. I have referred countless clients to her team and they have all reported back with top grades. We need more doctors like her working with women in life transitions.

I've had chronic women's issues for two years that other doctors haven't been able to figure out or fix. Dr. Gordon may be the most competent and compassionate doctor I've ever seen. She was respectful, trusted my lived experience (which is so rare for providers), and was all-inclusive and trauma-informed. I felt seen by her and trusted her professional judgment. She had a new perspective about what has been causing my issues and created a plan for moving forward. I couldn't be more grateful and relieved to have stumbled upon her!
