Monday 7/27, 3pm.....It would have been nice to know that the carbonation on the soda machine wasnt working before I spent money on a drink. As a returning and loyal customer to this location, it really irritates me.
I purchased my drink, nothing was mentioned. I went to go get my drink, saw no carbonation in the soda.
I then went to ask if something was wrong with the carbonation and the lady told me that there was known issue.

I frequent this chipotle at least twice a week. I always get the same thing. I get the bowl with only chicken and brown rice to go. Then I ask for two sides of shredded cheese and two sides of pico. And a large guacamole. I get everything on the side. It is for my lunch later on. I am accustomed to paying for the large guacamole on the side. However, today, in addition to the large guacamole, I was charged an extra $1.60 for the two sides of shredded cheese and the two side sides of pico.
I have never been charged for the two sides of shredded cheese and two sides of pico. The manager on duty was Kaitlyn. When I asked her for an explanation. She said they are supposed to be charging me for the two sides of shredded cheese and two sides of pico. I could see if I already had shredded cheese and pico inside of my bowl, but I only had chicken and brown rice. I reiterated that this has been my same order twice a week, since for months. I have never been charged for the shredded cheese and pico.
Kaitlyn has no sense of customer service. She was not friendly, unhelpful, rude and had an overall horrible attitude. For this same amount, I could easily go to freebirds and get a super burrito and feed four people. Instead, of one person. This is no way to treat regular a customer and a healthcare worker.

This is the worst run Chipotle I have ever visited. The normal lunch sub hit and the entire team got flustered. No ice for drinks available despite several patrons bringing it to their attention and employee at register didn’t seem to care. I ended up walking out wasting over $3 on a drink I was never able to enjoy. There are quite a few locations in town so just avoid this one.

Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the one in the forum if you must, or Freebirds! The manager at this location cannot think for herself and apparently gets mad at employees who can and do use common sense.

I ordered a bowl, nachos style. Employee knew immediately it mean grab a bag of chips (and charge me, duh!) and place them at the bottom of the bowl THEN make the bowl as usual. Every other location can do that except this one. Manager stops him and says she’s not sure if they’re allowed to do that.. wait huh?! Every other employee was making a face when she said that. Weirdest moment ever. She wasn’t too rude about it either, just lost. This meant the employee made the bowl and I had to flip it onto the chips, cheese first. Soggy chips even faster… I haven’t eaten chipotle since. This location ruined that experience.

I visited this Chipotle for a steak bowl and was surprised at how small the serving was. The portion looked closer to a kid’s meal, especially for the price. I received very little rice (maybe a very conservative cup) and only a few pieces of steak. The food was also cold when I got it. I hope this location improves consistency with portion sizes and food temperature.
