I usually have a good experience here. The staff is typically friendly, but Ron ruined that within a 3 minute visit . Came in to return a product the next morning after purchase and this dude shouts from behind the wall like he's the wizard of OZ..."DON'T DO IT" The cashier was confused...don't do it? "If it's cash don't do it, if its card, its OK." Luckily for me I guess, I used a card to purchase. I then asked the Nice young lady behind the counter if I could drop some spent oil off...The wizard then yells "TANKS ARE FULL, GO TO A DIFFERENT AUTOZONE" Horrible customer service on his part. A simple explanation and a friendly tone would suffice.

While visiting from the Bay Area I became stranded. Without the assistance of Ron at store 3622 I would have been stuck here. He was extremely polite, respectful, and efficient. He was happy to assist me getting back on the road. Thanks Ron! Keep up the good work guys!

2 years ago I purchased AC Freon for my car. We used it on the car that day in 2024, it worked, and I didn’t think about it until Sunday April 5, 2026. The AC Freon can still had Freon in the can, but the mechanism stopped working. Steve the manager came out to the car and used a different mechanism and using some of the remaining Freon in my can, he recharged my cars AC unit at no extra charge. He then handed me back my Freon can minus the store’s mechanism, for future use. I’m very happy with Steve and what he did for me today.
