I’ve used this place for oil changes for a while even with prices increase over the years, today’s experience broke me from using anymore. The experience was as follows, oil cap was removed and missing spring for oil filter. The establishment knows I’ve come here and knows the last time I was. They tell me I need to get one… but where did it go from the last oil change???? They don’t just disappear right? Nothing documented it was missing then? So it’s now gone and this would be twice now that my vehicle was put back together without the proper part recommend for the vehicle. I could will not use a service that can’t do honest work. Even on something so small, how do you know they are honest on the big ticket items. That’s the reason for the one star and lost of business.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The service was professional, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The technician who helped me today, Paul, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was completed correctly. He also provided helpful information about services that needed attention soon, which I truly appreciated because it allowed me to stay informed and plan ahead. Paul explained everything clearly and delivered excellent customer care throughout my visit. Thank you, Paul, and the Valvoline team, for providing such a great experience.

I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change thanks to Samuel. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received during an oil change. Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T.

What really stood out was that he didn’t just perform the service—he gave me honest and helpful recommendations on maintenance items to keep my car running at its best. He answered all of my questions, never pressured me into unnecessary services, and made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and their vehicle, but Samuel exceeded my expectations. If you’re visiting Valvoline for an oil change or maintenance service, I highly recommend asking for Samuel. His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach made this an exceptional experience.

Thank you, Samuel, for the excellent service!

I brought my business van from Fun Photo Booth Las Vegas and Karelin Studio to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Las Vegas, and the service was outstanding. Joseph provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done quickly, which is very important for me as a local business owner. The whole oil change process was smooth, and they had me back on the road fast. If you're in Las Vegas and need a quick, reliable oil change with great service, I highly recommend this location. Great experience overall.
