What a top shelf service!!! Marvelous customer service that I haven't experienced in a long time. Fantastic team for our Vegas neighborhood!!! The heatshield fell off and rattled my muffler and they took no more than 10 minutes to fixed the problem for me with NO CHARGE! What a great crew all around.

I was on a road trip with a rental car and got a slow leak in my tire. I was just trying to get home in time to return my car.

The rental company handled it terribly. They sent me to 3 different places to exchange cars and gave me an overall terrible time.

Until eventually I pulled up into this auto shop. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were able to make the repair, they were honest about time expectations, and overall saved the day. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you.

I had an overall good experience at Ted Weins getting my car repaired. I took my car in and they confirmed it needed the repair I was suspecting. They provided a report with a complete vehicle inspection with pictures! They were friendly and got my repair done the same day. Everything is great with my car, but it was a bit expensive. $200 an hour plus part markups and other shop fees is pretty rough. If you want a competent repair shop that will get your car repaired quickly, they're a good pick, but be prepared for quite a bill.
