Finding this company and Pierre has turned out to be a real peace of mind. Not having experience on renting out a property and really not wanting to deal with the hassle ourselves being able to have someone that knows what they’re doing do it for us it’s truly a game changer. Pierre was from the first minute we met very professional, honest, hard at work to get our house ready and rented by a good tenant with excellent references, and he also has helped smooth out a couple of hiccups that happened after tenants moved in with the house. He kept us informed, took matters to fix the couple of things that weren’t working properly in the house and did everything quickly and found us a very reasonable rate for the fixes. We are definitely very happy that we found Pierre and highly recommend his company to anyone.

Pierre is exceptional! From start to finish, the process of getting my home leased was seamless thanks to his outstanding customer service. I had to relocate within just one week, and Pierre went above and beyond to accommodate my tight timeline. He was always available—whether by phone or text—to answer any questions or concerns, and he continues to be responsive even now.

Although I’ve encountered a few maintenance issues (not caused by him), Pierre promptly contacted the HOA and got them resolved the same day. His dedication and professionalism are unmatched. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient property manager.

I am delighted to share my experience with Pierre at Real Property Management. After our house in Port Saint Lucie had been on the market for nearly three months without any interest, even after reducing the price by $10,000, my husband and I decided to pursue renting it out. As we had no prior experience in property rental and wished to avoid the challenges of managing tenants ourselves, we sought a professional property manager to assist us.

I reached out to several companies; some specialized solely in working with HOAs, while others did not respond to my inquiries. Among the companies I contacted was Real Property Management. After submitting my contact information via their website, I received a prompt call from Pierre Jacobs on the same day. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Pierre and his team were the ideal choice for managing the rental of our home.

Pierre promptly scheduled a visit to the property and provided valuable advice on necessary repairs to prepare the house for rental. We faced some challenges since the home was still listed for sale with another realtor, but Pierre demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding as we navigated that situation. Once the property was ready for rent, Pierre quickly sent us the rental agreement and listed the house. Remarkably, within just ten days, he secured a tenant for us.

The entire rental process has been highly professional, efficient, and hassle-free. Our only regret is not having chosen to rent our property through Pierre sooner. We are extremely satisfied with the service we have received thus far and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and efficient property manager.

We had an amazing experience working with Pierre to rent out our townhome. As first-time landlords, we were nervous about the process, but Pierre made everything simple and stress-free. He communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us informed and addressing any questions we had. His professionalism and attention to detail helped us find great tenants quickly. Now, with Pierre managing our property, we have complete peace of mind knowing everything is in great hands. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property manager!
