The car wash was fine. I am distraught that the car wash technicians are working hard, doing a great job and the are absolutely not allowed to except gratuity or tips!! I will never come back again… Unless that rule changes.

I was at Troy Paul’s Auto Wash on one of the coldest days of the year, negative degree temperatures, and Bri and Gary were working like absolute pros.

The service was exceptional. They took their time with the pre-wash, carefully removing ice and buildup instead of rushing through it.

What stood out most was their demeanor. Smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, even in brutal weather. You could tell they cared. I never felt rushed, just well taken care of.

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s a real joy to be served by people like Bri and Gary, especially on the toughest winter days. Their dedication to customer service is excellent, and it shows. Highly recommended!!

The crew at Paul’s Auto Wash always gives excellent service. I love the ease & affordability of their monthly auto wash club. Whether I go to the 14 mile location or the Livernois one, they always greet me with a smile and my car leaves sparkly clean.

I stopped at Paul’s in Troy on my way home from my work day. I live an hour away and drive to appointments for work. My car was very dirty from driving all the time and living on a dirt road- Ron was super kind and professional and told me if I wasn’t happy with the results he’d give me a free wash to come back through. He then told me he upgraded my package for the wash in hopes that it would help. His simple kindness made my day, I pulled over to write the review I promised him. Good and simple interactions like that should be celebrated. Thank you Ron- keep up the kindness!

I love Paul’s Auto Wash. We are in the Founders Club. Our daughter Sally worked there for two summers during college. They use quality Peco equipment and maintain it very well. I trust that there will be no micro scratches on my paint from their equipment which is more than I can say for other car washes. Bri always greets with a smile and is always happy to help make our visit the best.
