Their air pump stole a $1.50 from me I won’t be going back there for 6 months to punish them they should have refunded me my money instead be said it was my fault.

I've been coming to this establishment daily to play the lottery and 2 times weekly to buy gasoline since the its inception as a BP station. The customer service has been declining over the past couple of years. The focus is not on the customer. I have been at the counter on more than one occasion and the cell rings and the clerk disregards me or confuses my order. Also as early as this morning I went into the station and the clerk appeared to be doing inventory behind the counter. I was the only one there and I waited about one and a half minutes with NO acknowledgement and left. I like the owners but I'm getting fed up with the poor customer service.

The store clerk Billy ignores People of Color and services other non brown colors 1st when there is a line. Watched this man skip a black girl and service 3 other non people of color before calling her. Rob is a great clerk. Billy needs to be replaced. I'm not for discrimination in my community.
