They must really search for the most uneducated employees they can find. I had to explain five times to the cashier that I was there picking up a mobile order. Even after showing them the mobile order it took longer than 40 minutes to get my food. Now also there were three cars in the parking lot and nobody in the Drive-Thru. This will be the last time I ever visit a McDonald's, not just for service and very low quality food

I’ve had two really good experiences here recently. My caramel macchiato was made exactly how I ordered it, and my sausage, egg and cheese bagel was fresh, hot, and had everything it was supposed to have. Everything tasted great, and my order was put together really well.

I also appreciate the hard work the employees put in. You can tell they care about getting the orders right and taking care of their customers. Overall, I left happy with my experience and definitely feel like the team is doing a great job!

I came to this McDonald’s after getting off a long day of training ordered a double cheeseburger and a cheeseburger with no onions and a large mocha frappe with no whipped cream no drizzle. My frappe was filled 3/4 of the way with a dome lid and the team lead at the drive-through. Window informed me the space was left for the whipped cream now for somebody who worked at McDonald’s as a manager. I know better this McDonald’s needs to start training their employees better or start promoting more reliable trustworthy people especially for paying over five dollars for a large mocha frappe! However, the manager that came out informed me there was no ice in the machine, and when I asked to have it remade, he went inside and gladly remade it so kudos to that manager!

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too when it comes to service and food being fresh! Just sucks they are short staffed and you usually have a longer wait. I didn’t know they did cold foam on the coffee! Still a guilty pleasure to come here once in a while. The kids love the breakfast burrito 🙄

Food is good and restaurant is well kept but some of the younger staff here are beyond rude. One young lady with dark hair and glasses rolled her eyes at me when I asked for butter and syrup for my son’s hotcakes that were missing to begin with. I asked nicely too but she made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life and my fault. Anyway, there are plenty of other places to take my business.
