I honestly can't thank this shop enough for helping me when I really needed it.
I was driving from Merced to Las Vegas when something told me I should stop and get my oil changed. When I pulled into another shop, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because my car had an active coolant leak. At that point, I was in Bakersfield, hours away from home and still hours away from my destination. As a woman traveling alone with her child, I was honestly scared and worried that something was seriously wrong with my car.
Thankfully, I found this shop.
David took the time to listen to what was going on and immediately wanted to help. Even though they were busy, he understood my situation and didn't just treat me like another customer. He genuinely cared. That meant a lot to me, especially being so far away from home and not knowing what was wrong with my car.
After taking a look, they found that my radiator cap was broken and causing the leak. They replaced it, and just like that, the problem was solved. The relief I felt in that moment was huge. What I thought might turn into a major repair ended up being a simple fix because of their honesty and willingness to help.
What really stood out to me, though, was the kindness. David even called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely to my destination. That simple gesture meant so much and showed me that he truly cares about the people who walk through his doors.
It's not every day you come across genuinely good people, and this shop is full of them. I am beyond grateful for everyone who helped me that day. If I'm ever back in Bakersfield and need anything for my car, I know exactly where I'm going. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into one that restored my faith that there are still honest, caring people out there.

My experience with On Site was great! They were able to schedule my car diagnostic right away. When David realized it's a problem the dealership might cover under warranty, he actually called them for me to verify and referred me to them to save me money. The On Site team is very honest and reliable, highly recommend them!

i did not have the opportunity to get my vehicle repaired here but david and his crew are very honest people and will not give you the runaround. i highly recommend them if you need any type of service as they were very excellent in explaining the issue with my car and letting me know what needed to be done. thank you guys

Visited this shop on a Saturday morning for an oil change. They were friendly and professional. When they inspected my car they showed me some parts of my suspension that were showing wear. My car has 100k miles on it so things like this are expected. I appreciated their honesty. And they showed me the parts instead of just telling me. They did not try to upsell me on any services or try to convince me I needed anything I don’t. I would recommend this shop to my friends.
