Kevin was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and very thorough .. I got my funds in my bank before the phone call was over. I highly recommend dollar loan center.. they have some great incentives also.

The employees are awesome. The leadership however doesn't answer there phone when they have a problem. They called at least a dozen people no one answered. Which made the process very long.Do better leadership.

It's never super complicated to achieve to achieve the goal you're trying to achieve and you know studious fashion with knowledgeable people who are willing to answer your questions to be patient ... I hate that you're interest rates are so so high ..I wish that there was a way for customers who use the service on a regular basis to be given a lower interest rate... maybe be given some type of like step down program for ..that you know that'd be cool...where the more you borrow and the quicker you return funds has a reward...or maybe a rebate. ...any way ...thanks guys ..

My loan specialist Annalinna was amazing! Super impressed with her level of knowledge and confidence! Breath of fresh air. The only bummer was the time it took to process. I definitely will be a returning customer!
