I am over excited at the service provided by Jude at the Owings Mills branch. I came in there all worried, confused and not knowing what to do and how to go about being debt free also from paying high interest rates on multiple credit cards. I met with this young man (Jude) who gave me a suggestion of a HELOC which I have never heard about and did not know how it works. Jude was patient with me, he noticed and acknowledged my fears and assured me that all is well. I trusted his recommendation and went for this product. He stayed on top of it and saw that I got approved. Here I am today, I was able to consolidate and I feel so free and happy. I can't thank him and secu enough. Jude is my super star and very good at what he does. Thank you Jude, if you get to see this.

Trying to purchase my leased vehicle through SECU was an absolute nightmare even with 800 plus credit score and being preapproved. It was over a month long process and I eventually ended up purchasing through the dealership with the SAME rate I was approved through SECU for. Do not use this bank just because it’s a “credit union” they don’t know what they’re doing.

I am writing this to acknowledge and praise the extremely high level of knowledge, expertise, professionalism and attentive personal care that I received dealing with my Member Advisor rep. Lana Sapojnik at the branch, just wanting to recognize the high level of professionalism and attentive personal customer care that I received from the several items of business I have had to attend to there (which has resulting in me expanding my business with the credit union).
