I've had extensive work done by Blau Sudden Service over the past couple of months. I think I had almost every plumber on staff and they were all really good. Scott Hellesen was really helpful when repiping the entire basement. He took the initiative in recruiting more plumbers and techs to assist so they could finish in one day. Very impressive! Scott also put in a new laundry tub as well. Dave was also really good. Really explained the process well. Good communicator. Nick,Haden,Jeff,Cass and Bobby also were very competent and did a good job as well. What makes Blau Sudden Service stand out is there fast response time. Blau does good quality work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast reliable service.

Thank you for the great care for our slow sink drain. Plumber helped with pricing due to expectations that were set during my initial call that he knew nothing about. He was efficient and kind and it’s clear this was beneath his abilities to clear a plugged sink, but he did the needed work with grace and care.

From the first call, I was impressed by the service and professionalism of Blau. David LaChapelle installed the unit and was very informative regarding the installation and reviewing the new water treatment system. He put protective film on our carpeting and left the area he worked in spotless.

Dave was friendly and explained the project and what he’d be doing. It was fast and efficient and he even gave us advice for a future bathroom renovation in the basement.
