We’ve used their services a couple of times and we can’t see hiring a different company going forward. The minute you reach their office to the service call itself it’s always been top notch service. We had a copper pipe that was leaking on the wiring/conduit of the water heater. Not only did he address the small section that was leaking he replaced a good section of the old pipe but went through all of it in detail before he (Dakota) did it. Dakota was very professional and personable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Fox Cities Plumbing was very efficient in making an appointment for the non-emergency plumbing requested service. Dakota arrived a little earlier than expected which was just fine. He checked the outdoor faucets and made professional recommendations to our satisfaction. He then unplugged a slow drain in a bathroom. I was greatly impressed with the organization of the van in which he arrived. Any needed tools were at his fingertips. Dakota's service was very professional. Thanks for an efficient and effective service call.

These two men worked hard & did a great job! They worked well together and had great attitudes and were very knowledgeable. Price is what we expected it to be (we knew it wasn’t a cheap job). Heaven forbid we ever have plumbing issues again, but if we do, we know this is who we will call!

Called and arrived around time stated. Gave me exact price before proceeding with job, loved that! Was very thorough & communicative during waterline install, showed me how things worked before leaving, i.e. where new shut off is. Overall very kind/personable employee and did a superb job! Thanks :) will be using business again.

Great experience from start to finish. The office staff was very kind when setting up the appointment and Joey did a great job fixing the plumbing issue. The bathroom sink in my rental property had a leak. Joey took the time to explain everything he did & made good recommendations for the future. He was honest & reliable. I would highly recommend Fox Cities Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
