If I could leave ZERO stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contracted with them in the spring of 2022 for a pool and hot tub. We still do not have a project completed to the standards we paid for. Now our pool is leaking. Complete silence from Cascade. This is the quality of workmanship you can expect for $90,000+. We filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, emailed, called, texted. NOTHING! BUYER BEWARE!

Our nightmare began 3/3/23 when we signed our contract and it is not over yet. Our start date was 5/1/23 and our shell was poured 5/11/23. We expressed our excitement when Dustin came to pick up our 4th scheduled payment - our project will certainly be completed by the mid August expected completion date. Dustin warned us that the first part of the project goes really fast. Looking back, we realized that due to the payment schedule on the contract, Cascade received 85% of our total contract in 10 short days of work. There was really no incentive for them to complete the project after that point. There were so many unanswered calls and texts, there were 3 instances of receiving the wrong product - I guess it was Cascade just trying to buy time and make us believe that they were working on getting our project finished. We finally received the correct decking and the install started 11/15/23 but then they stopped coming again. On 12/3/23, Mike from Cascade notified us that they were unable to financially complete our project and if we would agree to purchase our equipment, plaster and installation (that we already paid for), they would cut down trees, install palm trees, sod, drainage and reinstall our fence. They also offered the display outdoor kitchen at their showroom. We told them that we would run the numbers because we really wanted to just get the project finished. We contacted the equipment distributor and we were told we could purchase the equipment on Cascade’s account but it would be cost plus 25% to help cover Cascade’s outstanding debt with them. NO DEAL! On 12/8/23, we were served with a lien on our property on behalf of another distributor for over $8,000 worth of unpaid product used at our home. How is this possible when we’ve paid so much money!!!! Cascade did come on 12/21/23 for a little over an hour to work on the decking but left without completing it. We sent them a text on 12/22/23 to see if they were coming back to finish and we haven’t heard from them since. We hired another company to buy and install our equipment and plaster the pool and finish laying the decking. The nightmare hasn’t ended. Extensive work had to be performed on the shell before plaster as rebar was exposed and the shell was leaking. After fill, the hot tub leaked and there was no pressure coming out of the jets. We hired a leak detection company. The decking had to be pulled up. In addition to the leak, it was found that the wrong sized plumbing was used for the hot tub and no blower was installed. They are working on ripping all of that out and installing it correctly and also trying to run the lights - an obstruction in all of the conduit! It’s been over a year and more money than I would ever imagine……If you are thinking about hiring this company JUST SAY NO!

Cascade began work on our pool September 29th and we were told the project would take approximately 12 weeks to complete. The dig, framing, rebar and concrete shell happened pretty quickly, with a few errors in the process including the pool shell being the wrong depth. After the shell was complete (October 19) we had paid them 85% of the total project based on the contract scheduling. This is when Cascade stopped showing up, stopped answering calls, texts and emails and left us with a concrete hole in our yard. A hole that's the wrong depth and was plumbed incorrectly. The sewage service line from our house was broken 3 times during their work despite being shown on an overhead image before work started. Each time it was broken they never reported it to us even though it was obvious (raw sewage smell/water pooling) and we had to make the repairs ourselves. From here it didn't take long to discover the extensive lawsuits against them from multiple homeowners in the same situation and suppliers that haven't been paid. Since October they have been out a handful of times to do small tasks on site but have yet to make any progress to complete the pool, or deliver the pavers and pool equipment we have paid for in the contract. After trying to contact them across multiple platforms almost daily we finally got them out to work on the waterline tile and coping in February, which they did complete. However they said they would not deliver the rest of the materials until we paid the next 8% on the contract. We agreed to pay it if they provided a signed timeline to finish the project, which they did provide, and they have missed each deadline they created on it and have again disappeared from the project with no sign of the materials being delivered. So here we are 24 weeks into our "12 week" project with a company that seems intent is to take your money and never complete your job. If you are still considering hiring this company please reach out to me, any of the other 1 star reviewers, or plaintiffs on the lawsuits to know just how much damage Cascade has caused and continues to cause.
The first photo shows how our yard was left for months. The second with the tile is how it looks right now, 24 weeks in with limited response from Cascade.

Cascade Custom Pool put in a free form pool and hot tub in for me. They did amazing work. They were able to get me started months before anyone else and the craftsmanship is amazing! The did so well, they are coming back to extend the deck and add a fireplace! Dustin, Billy and team were great to work with!

We showed Cascade Custom Pools a design we wanted and boy did they deliver. Our pool is a 16’ x 30’, 6’ deep pool; has a 10' spa (8 person) with a water fall into the pool; an 8' tanning ledge with bubblers; a bench seat underneath the water fall; a bench seat in the deep end with 3 spa jets; fantastic lighting; and beautiful pavers surrounding the entire pool. Chris and his team were very professional and have what we think were the best tile and plaster crews in the area. We highly recommend Cascade Custom Pools, so don't hesitate to call for your estimate today.
