I’ve been buying vapes from here for a while now, and been a loyal customer for some time now. The other day I was sold a defective vape and came back after 3 days to not even ask to get it replaced - just was asking for 30-50% off my next vape since it’s been 3 days. “The boss” there was rude and gave a lot of attitude and said he’d not provide any accommodation for my next purchase. The attitude and manner he was speaking to me in was condescending and extremely rude. Horrible service and behaviour from “the boss” there. Avoid this place, because if you get sold a defective vape - best believe they won’t be doing anything for you. Where other stores in the city have had no issue replacing (free of any cost) a defective vape after even a week after purchase.

I recently visited Vape Cave and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable — they helped me choose the perfect vape and explained everything clearly. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of flavours, devices, and accessories. Prices were fair and the whole experience felt professional and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

This place is amazing! Always has the flavour that I want in stock, friendly customer service, and good reward/discount program. Would highly recommend. Also, they have parking in the back which is great.
