10/10 experience I had the pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese, the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor without being overwhelming. The young man who took our order Arec was an angel, he made our food and personally brought it to us along with napkins and even came back to make sure everything was to our liking. I really felt at home here and it was such an amazing first time I can’t wait to be back soon!

Placed a mobile order and got 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, I get home and open the bagel and it’s literally black. Very disappointed.

While the bagels are generally good, the staff there consistently make mistakes with my order. This is the third time in a row that my baker's dozen (13) has only had 10-12 bagels in it. It wasn't even crowded today. The staff are friendly, but they seem unable to consistently count to 13. Also, the multi-tiered bagel pricing is confusing and ridiculous. Why should there be an upcharge on 2/3 of the bagel flavors? Come on, Bruegger's! You can do better than this!

I went in ordered 2 doz bagels - noticed that whole wheat and pumpernickel. I mentioned it - they changed it after they gave 8 whole wheat and then asked for 4 whole wheat. Now I had 12 whole wheat bagels and NO pumpernickel. Called NO ONE answered the phone. So all I CAN do is write a bad

ordered a stack w no cheese. bagel had cheese on it. no big deal i went back and explained. they were nice about it and remade it. open my bagel. once again it had cheese on it. not to mention the other side of the bagel had just egg. really disappointed. i miss bagel jays.
