Great parking, lots of room in the waiting area, washrooms by lock code; and a fabulous front desk person.

I’d forgotten to bring my script and was scrambling to either contact my doctor’s office or locate the confirming email. She wasn’t fussed and told me to be patient.

Once found (in the secure patient portal) I was not able to export the PDF to the ODC email address. But - I was able to send a JPEG which she kindly printed and I was on my way …on time!

The US technician was very thorough reviewing replaced parts and injured area. Told me results would be seven to 10 days, provided a towel for the gel, and wished me well.

Thanks DSC for making this part of my diagnosis wonderful.

Service was efficient. I came early and was taken in immediately. Front desk reception was warm and pleasant. It would be great if the ultrasound tech had better people skills. She may be good at what she does but I felt rushed, there was no eye contact and she blurts instructions fast. It’s easy to feel just like a number than a person. 😔

I saw a review saying “Very efficient and got a walk-in ⁩⁦Xray⁩⁦ done and out in less than 30 mins”, so I decided to go for an X-ray on Monday around 12 noon, I was told the wait time would be about 35 mins. I ended up waited for 80 mins.

Other than the longer-than-expected wait, my experience was positive. The staff were polite and professional, and the X-ray results were sent to my family doctor very quickly, by Tuesday morning.

Overall, the staff and service were good, but the actual wait time was significantly longer than what I was initially told.

Excellent service. Got a quick ultrasound examination scheduled within few days. They called one day before the date and left a voicemail to remind me of my visit. Went there, the place has plenty of free parking, easy to find on google maps. The technician was professional and did the examination quickly within a short wait time. Will definitely use them for my future ultrasound tests

I had an ultrasound done here and was incredibly impressed by the service. The clinic is very clean and organized. The front desk team was polite, and my ultrasound technician was wonderful—highly professional, thorough, and very kind. I was seen promptly and felt completely comfortable the entire time. Five stars well-deserved!
