This clinic is by far one of the most organised ones - that I have come across. Doctors are great, detailed and expert at what they do. Apart from Dr. David and Dr. Aisha, I want to send a Special shout out to Tamannah for making it so efficient. Tamannah is a super star of the clinic. Always pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you in anything/everything. She is one in a million when it comes to ‘service with a smile’.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. This clinic deserves zero stars.
My husband visited this walk-in clinic on a Saturday because he was feeling unwell and lightheaded. He was told he was next to be seen and was placed in an exam room. While waiting, he could clearly hear Dr. Aisha on a personal phone call for more than 30 minutes.
He had already informed the nurse that he wasn’t feeling okay. Being left alone in the room while the doctor continued a personal conversation was unacceptable and unprofessional. After waiting over 30 minutes in that condition, he left without being seen.
Very disappointing experience. Patients deserve respect and timely care.

My husband and I walked into Dr. Aisha Chawdry’s clinic for the first time without having any idea that he had suffered a minor stroke. Dr. Aisha identified it immediately and took every necessary precaution to protect him. We feel truly blessed that we walked into her office that day and we are forever grateful for her care🙏🏼

As newcomers, we were amazed by the way she handled the situation with such kindness, patience and professionalism. Even the emergency unit at the hospital as well as the stroke prevention clinic, mentioned that she is a good doctor.
Her staff and the pharmacist also very kind, supportive and genuinely helpful.

Dr. Aisha is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled family physician. She is truly the best!

I have been here twice as a walk in, one time for me & one time for my son. Both times we were given ample time to explain the situation, we felt heard and cared for. They are also thorough when it comes to follow up checkups. Nothing was rushed ever. Pharmacy & reception staff are cordial and know their work! Dr Aisha is definitely an asset! Warm & sweet personality who knows how to deal with patients, prompt in diagnosis & medication worked both times. Would definitely go here again. 😌👍🏻

Oak Branch Medical in Oakville is fantastic! The pharmacist is knowledgeable and caring, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is brand new, spotless, and well-organized. A great mix of excellent service and a clean, modern environment highly recommend!

Arrived to the Clinic/Pharmacy and was met with a beautiful atmosphere with a well-kept, clean, sleek and modernized decor. I spoke with all the staff there, the front desk who was extremely welcoming and light-hearted while slowly explaining everything I must do before being seen by the doctor. The doctor as well was very knowledgable and helpful throughout my stay with her. I was referred to the pharmacist as well who was extremely helpful as well and explained everything about my medication in such a friendly way that I was able to understand instantly all the steps I have to take for my medication. She was also very kind to offer me sweets. I found that very kind of her. Overall, a wonderful experience in such a non-stressful, calming setting. Would love to go back!
