Will always use the business, any location. The Lake St Louis location did an amazing service for me today. I leave knowing my tires are in perfect condition every time. They do not try to hassle and upcharge. Very patient and friendly. Top recommendation for getting your tires replaced for fixed.

I had such an amazing experience at Discount Tire in Lake Saint Louis! Kevin’s customer service throughout the entire experience was absolutely AMAZING! Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable.

I was honestly so nervous about going in by myself to get my tires put on because my fiancé usually handles all things car-related 😂. But the process was SO easy! The communication was on point, everyone was helpful, and I was in and out in less than an hour! The price was great as well! I only paid $352 for 4 new tires!

I’m extremely happy with my new tires and the overall experience. It was such a relief to have a team that made the process simple and stress-free. I will definitely be recommending Discount Tire in Lake Saint Louis to everyone I know! Thank you, Kevin and the entire team, for taking such great care of me! ❤️

My family and I have been loyal customers of Discount Tire for many years (17+), and we have consistently been very happy with their competitive pricing and quality of service.

Kevin, the manager at Lake St. Louis, and his team are dedicated to helping you find the perfect tires, and the best deals to suit your budget. Discount Tire offers a variety of services, including:
- **Free tire repairs**, regardless of where you purchased your tires
- Tire rotations and balancing
- Custom aftermarket wheels
- Affordable alignments, starting at $89 for vehicles/trucks and $199 for EVs. This is significantly cheaper than other shops that charge between $125 - $250+, including a 90-day warranty on alignments

Additionally, they provide:
- **Free alignment checks**
- Tire reset light service
- **Free air checks** for all customers—just drive up, stay in your vehicle, and a team member will assist you with checking your tire pressure.

Be sure to ask about their Tire Protection Plan, which offers several benefits to customers:
- **Free flat repairs**
- **Free tire replacements** for various non-repairable road hazards, such as pothole damage or blowouts
- Free tire rotations and balancing

Over the years we have dealt with our fair share of tire replacements due to road hazards like potholes, construction road debris, or other issues. The Discount Tire Protection Plan has proven to be well worth the investment, especially since free tire rotations and balancing are provided, while other tire shops typically charge over $100+ for these services.

We highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire needs. They truly take care of their customers!

The team at the LSL Discount Tire location was outstanding! I needed a flat tire repair, called ahead, and they were able to get me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They clearly explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and had me back on the road in about thirty minutes.

It's not always easy to find a business that combines excellent customer service with fast, quality work, but this team did exactly that. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers. The entire process was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing tire service, and I'll definitely return for future tire needs.

I had a tire that was losing air to the point that I had to put air in it daily. Took my car in at 8:00 and they warmly welcomed me at the door. Was concerned I was going to have to end up purchasing at least 2 if not 4 new tires. Much to my delight, they were able to fix the issue which was a screw in the tire. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes AND they didn't charge me a dime. Very impressed with their level of customer service and to get me on my way in such an efficient manner. Highly recommend Discount Tire in Lake Saint Louis!
